What I liked

They let you create your own work schedule, as it is an online, remote position, and that was very helpful because I have a very busy academic schedule. This position gave me some recruiting experience, which is relevant to the career that I am interested in pursuing.

What I wish was different

I wish I had the option to go into an office sometimes because telecommuting does make communication/collaboration difficult at times.

Advice

Be patient when adjusting to telecommuting, especially if you've held an in-person part-time job before, as this will be quite different. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated.
