The environment and community of the company was so welcoming and friendly, it was a comfortable work setting with helpful co-workers. The workload was templated within the department which eased the efficiency of others.
What I wish was different
I wish that the company's head administration had a better management on the definition of the marketing department, and its duties. The marketing department was expected to handle everything else that other departments did not know what to do with. I wished they planned out better schedules on the company's goals instead of sudden drastic changes on deadlines and its projects.
