Very small company, 15-20 people in total. Everyone is friendly

What I wish was different

A little more human interaction would have been nice, but for the project I was working on, I was alone, and had to fend for myself

Advice

There is very little hand-holding, you are expected to figure stuff out yourself. While people are often happy to help, do not expect them to help with everything. They have their own work to do and will often not know how to fix problems you run into
