I liked that the chefs I worked for, were from diverse racial backgrounds. My salary was also decent.

Prepare to deal with difficult guest since it's a resort restaurant- everyone has different standards for what service should look like and sometimes it is rather difficult to meet those expectations, especially understaffed during a pandemic.
