It's only commission so getting started is really tough if it's your only source of income.
Advice
Be willing to adapt to an unconventional system with a lot of people who care about helping families and making lots of money too.

What I liked
I loved learning about the financial industry, and also being able to work with individuals and families to create a better financial future.
What I wish was different
I wish I had a mentor when starting, someone I knew who could show me the industry. I did find one and met many people because of it, but it was a huge learning curve.
Advice
That it's better to find something you love and a cause you want to champion more then it is to chase money.

What I liked
What I enjoyed the most from this experience was the valuable infromation that I learned about financial planning. I also enjoyed the environment everyone in the office welcomes you and encourages you to be motivated.
