I loved the work environment - all of the employees trusted each other to get their work done and to work together as a team. The work was stimulating and stretched me as a learner to understand the concepts behind the lab work being done.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been opportunities for me to take on more responsibility within the team and lab environment.
Advice
Take advantage of it being a small company to get to know the other departments - the whole of process development is being done on a small scale in that building, so use the opportunity to become familiar with all parts of the process.
