I like how camp made you feel like you where part of one big family. YOu always felt like you had a group of people who were there to support you and help you when ever you needed. I also liked having the opprotuniy to impact a kids life even if it was just for a week. Camp allowed me to grow as a person and help me to relizes the type of person that i want to be.
What I wish was different
There really isn't anything major that I wish was different.

Insanely long hours with little breaks, very little pay

To do it, you need so much patience and be able to work well under stress, exhaustion, and difficult people
