Being able to be with the kids all day and be a creative and active mentor.
What I wish was different
Less hours. I would work anywhere from 10-12 hours a day, everyday with no days off besides the weekends.
Advice
Keep motivated!! A burnout is very possible in camp job settings. It’s the same routine for 3 months straight. It gets tiring, but keep motivated and switch up your activities.
