This is a good first job. When you graduate, move on. Also, if the environment becomes toxic, do not stay!

What I liked
I liked always being able to get as many hours as I needed so I could have money to pay for school.
What I wish was different
There has been a lot of change in management the last few months so it's been a bit chaotic.
Advice
If there is an issue it should always be brought to your supervisor so it can be addressed as soon as possible.

What I liked
I liked how I had the opportunity to interact with different kids of all ages. Also having the other counselors there to help out whenever I needed it.
What I wish was different
I wish I could've stayed working there a little bit longer and enjoy being at the job more.
Advice
Having a positive attitude goes a long way, helping kids improve themselves while having fun is a reward for both you and them. Make them every kid feel welcome.
