Having the opportunity to expand my knowledge on children, as I want to pursue a career in child life. I thoroughly enjoyed playing with children 5 days a week and creating bonds with them. There were fun activities during the day, however, some days went better than others, but I really had so much fun! One of my favorite days was when we had a water day and had water balloons, the kids really enjoyed that and it made it so much more fun seeing them have fun.
What I wish was different
Organizing of the schedule and themes for the week. The beginning went more smoothly with incorporating themes and then it seemed to die off, but it still was a lot of fun.
Advice
When you need to take a break, definitely do it. Your coworkers will have your back on days where you feel overwhelmed and just need like 15 minutes to yourself.
