I enjoyed being present every day for our summer camp attendees. I was able to use my skills and education to create programs for students and manage a team of employees.
What I wish was different
Nothing! This experience taught me a lot about myself as a leader.

Every day is the opportunity to learn something new. Even the those in authority still undergo training to be better.

What I liked
I loved the kids, and how they actually look up to you and want to be like you. So it makes me make sure I’m a great role model at all times.

This job taught me patience because you need it when you deal with 20 or more 6-7 year olds in a daily basis.
