It's a pretty low stress job. You basically sit at a desk for your whole shift, but you can do homework. You're not running around and you usually don't get yelled at by angry customers.
What I wish was different
I wish that the management would consult us before imposing rules and regulations. They don't know about our job and they just assume too often. Also, they have a real issue with overtime yet they always want someone here. I feel like they need to sort out their priorities.
