Consistent full time hours, great pay, experience with school age children, almost complete control over daily activities and classroom set up, large budget at the beginning of the summer for all classroom supplies
What I wish was different
Employees were responsible for driving the busses to every field trip this year, field trips can be stressful (usually 3 every week), sometimes short staffing, behavior issues with children

Plan plan plan! Teamwork with the other summer camp teachers!
