Everyone is so supportive and uplifting. Everyone is willing to help with whatever concerns I have and shows me that I am a vital component of our team.

Advice I would give in a job like this is not to be afraid to ask for help or share concerns because it is sometimes easier to see the obvious things as someone from the outside.

That this was an actual internship, they just exploited college students for free labor and didn’t teach us anything.
Advice
Don’t work for them, you will take nothing away from this experience, there are other non-profits that are more professional and WILL teach you how to work non profit.
