What I liked

The pay was obviously good, and I enjoyed working by myself and or with one other person. My employer was good about rescheduling if you needed to call off last minute.

What I wish was different

I wish my employer was better about scheduling and giving hours. When I first started it was I worked the amount of time we previously discussed in my interview, but randomly my hours would change without notice or warning whether it would increase or decrease. I personally felt uncomfortable with the unprofessional relationship between coworkers and boss, there were times I heard them speaking about me whether it was about something I accidently messed up on or something I told my boss privately in confidentiality was brought up to me by other employers.

Advice

The job personally was not for me. I did not fit in well in the environment I was around. What I will say is when working there was good and fun it was good and fun, but after changes in bosses and other new factors it no longer felt like an environment I wanted to be in.
