The company culture was extremely friendly and supportive. I had the opportunity to ask many questions and participate in meetings/learning sessions beyond my responsibilities.
What I wish was different
For a more technical position/more technical work, but that's another matter entirely.
Advice
Be curious and courageous. Ask questions and don't be afraid to ask people out for coffee.

What I liked
The culture was really great and the customer success team in particular was a lot of fun to work with. I also did some interesting projects and got to learn a lot attending events with the engineering team.
What I wish was different
This was the first year they had someone in my position so some organizational details were still being worked out.
Advice
Be proactive about seeking guidance and mentorship.
