While greeting patients and helping keep the clinic running smoothly among other things, my favorite part was getting to meet people in the community and be a positive part of their therapy as well as being a part of a team that is encouraging and has fun together. I also had the opportunity to glean from the knowledgeable physical therapists.

Be present! This can take the form of being friendly to your customers/patients and looking out for your coworkers, by doing what you can to improve the atmosphere, flow, or appearance of clinic or where ever you work.
