It was a fairly calm environment with good people there to build some good relationships.
What I wish was different
I wish that there could have been more involvement and more communication. A lot of things couldn't be done without the manager's approval-if she wasn't there, there wasn't much that could be done.
Advice
It's okay to ask questions when you don't know where things are; quite a few people are usually finding where things are at there, too.

What I liked
It is a very enjoyable environment. I strongly feel having a good boss helps determine how good the job will be, and I have a fantastic one. We have fun while we work hard and we understand and work with everyone and their needs.
What I wish was different
I really just wish I had found it sooner. It's a great job because of the environment and that makes it worth staying even though I wish I was making more.
Advice
Go with your gut when looking for a job. When you interview pay attention to how you are treated and that will help you know how much you will like the job. If you are desperate for a job look for places that are desperate to hire.

What I liked
The team is really good. The environment of the staff and management is amazing. There is usually really clear communication between the management and the staff.
What I wish was different
When the store first opened there was a lot of free time and for me it is hard to be at work and feel like there is nothing to do. However, the store has steadily gotten busier the longer it has been open.
Advice
Make sure that while you are looking for a job you think about your needs. I tried to switch jobs but the job I switched to was not a good fit for me overall leading me back to Zurchers. This is because for what I needed out of a job Zurchers provided.
