Not much though the initial activity I singed up for was essentially eliminated as the operation focus changed, but they were forthcoming with alternate tasks such as what i took on as Regional PIO
Advice
Be open to new things, don't be afraid to ask other for their experiences, be willing to learn learn, learn. Have fun and be prepared for your life to be put into perspective when you see some of the disasters people face real-time...
