We were exposed to a 40 hour work week, with several growth opportunities such as weekly workshops to work on resume building, interview practice, StrengthsFinder training, and more. AMN Healthcare has a heart for their local community and even had the opportunity to do a service trip at a local food bank, one night after the work day. Being an intern in Learning & Talent Development allowed me to help execute a project, both that I was passionate about and that my department needed assistance with.
