SUMMER SUPPORT STAFF
Each summer we employ 15-20 college-age folks to serve on our
Summer Support Staff team. These are individuals who cook, clean, lifeguard, facilitate ropes, and more. Support Staff members are
provided housing and meals in addition to their salary. Summer Staff
typically report in mid-May and work until the first week of August.

LINK
Link is a 11-week immersive and residential internship experience
from mid-May through the end of July. Link Staff members are
provided housing and meals in addition to their salary. Interns work alongside both volunteer counselors and summer support staff throughout the summer.

“I loved working as a team with the Camp Staff, where we formed bonds and friendships over 3 weeks of tough but intentional training, in preparation for 8 weeks of hosting campers! Each week, I got to meet a new set of 30-60 volunteer counselors to work alongside, along with my fellow 2 Link Team Members to serve the kids. Outside of working at camp, it was a great experience to travel and visit the mountains, city, and local coffee shops. It was a great summer to step out of my comfort zone, lead, and connect with others. ”
