We are a small to medium sized Land Development Engineering firm that does full Site Civil Engineering services for proposed developments in the Central Florida area. We work on both small and large projects for Residential, Multi-family, Commercial, Office, Industrial and Roadway design. In land development our services include Due Diligence Research, Site Planning and Mater Planning, GIS mapping, Conceptual Design, Entitlements, Design, Permitting, Construction Administration and Final Certifications. Within these services we get to design stormwater ponds, utilities, roadways and grading for the specific sites as well as gain extensive knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
