I loved the flexibility that Appian had with my schedule. Everyone was always so kind to me and super helpful. I learned so much about land development and the day-to-day life of a civil engineer. I had such a good experience working at Appian and I would recommend it to anyone.

What I liked
I liked the flexibility around my school schedule. I liked the help I received from my fellow cube mates. I liked the work outings and activities. I liked the diversity of my day-to-day responsibilites.
What I wish was different
I wish there were more windows.

I would advise you to just ask for help. Everyone is more than willing to help and answer any questions, no matter how insignificant or small a question you think it might be.

What I liked
Appian has taught me so much about the Land Development field. The environment is very professional and everyone is always willing to listen to my questions and provide detailed explain actions with examples. I have had the opportunity to work on various parts of multiple projects, and am gaining confidence as a future engineer.
What I wish was different
Advice
Great opportunity to really hone your CAD skills, I thought I knew the program well prior to starting but was I have learned so much since starting. Definitely take advantage of the exposure to different parts of a project.
