I liked having something to do with my time over the summer during quarantine. I also learned a lot about social media monitoring and its ties to customer relationship management.
What I wish was different
I wish I was doing the job in person, and I wish it was a job related to a different industry. I enjoyed learning about social media marketing, but I did not enjoy working in the hospitality industry.
Advice
I would say that this job is perfect for those people who are interested in the hospitality industry. This is also a job where one must interact with lots of different people so you must be creative and detail oriented.
