What I liked
The leadership team was so well put together. Everyone had a specific job and was sufficiently trained to perform. Excellent atmosphere to work in.
What I wish was different
Only that there had been more opportunities for leadership promotions.
Advice
Always be kind and willing to go the extra mile. Not just for customers or patrons, but for coworkers, leadership team, and employers.
