Service Manager

I liked the people, I am a people person and am driven by customer service. The staff (my employees and co-managers were great) and the clientele were wonderful.
What I wish was different
The amount of staff/scheduling staff should have been much better. Lots of hard work for a few people when work could have been better distributed with the addition of even one more person on a given shift.
Advice
If you're going to work here, chase the opportunities to move up in the company (becoming a manager). Being a manager is well worth the hard work you put in as a crew member.
