The constant drive to change things for the worst for employees.
Advice
Expect your pay to fluctuate regularly. But the benefits are good and working hard mostly pays off. Having no moral compass pats off more.

Make sure you have a set schedule with classes. They ask for a lot of hours even if you are part-time. They are flexible with hours if you communicate.
