I loved working with students and the advisors. The schedule was also good.
What I wish was different
I did not feel like all employees were held to a high enough standard.
Advice
Don’t let not being an IU student or graduate deter you from working there! I learned very quickly and soon fit right in.

What I liked
The job was fantastic. Plenty of creative freedom and the leadership from my peers helped myself become a better designer. Also, learning new software to improve and broaden my skill set was important to being a better overall worker in the environment.

Nothing.
Advice
Reach out to your personal network. Never feel nervous to talk to people older than yourself, those individuals may have the best advice.
