What I liked
I had the freedom to be creative in the job and bring new ideas to the table but I was also pushed at the same time and did things outside of my comfort zone.
What I wish was different
I wish there would have been more to do because the Summertime is a slower time for the Lied since they don't have any shows going on.
Advice
Interact and talk with everyone there! It makes the experience so much more enjoyable because depending on your job you can be working alone for a good amount of time and building that sense of community helps.
