“During my time at ProCare I enjoyed several things! This included a great team. Don and Guy were more then just bosses but truly cared on our well being and made sure that we had the support we needed in our roles. They did an excellent job in creating that balance and not being "micromanagy" but rather trusting in the team and provided feed back when necessary. I also enjoyed being the helping hand when it came to helping IU Health members, patients, and families get the supports and resources they needed (booking hotels, dry cleaning, taxi, discounted tickets, etc). ”

Management was wonderful and it was clear that they care about their employees and want us to succeed. Each employee is given a project that they will work on which contributes to the company. The projects give experience and responsibility that is unique to this company and something I have not experienced anywhere else. Another positive was how close it is to IUPUI, going to class before or after work is easy. ”
