Don and Guy were more then just bosses but truly cared on our well being and made sure that we had the support we needed in our roles. They did an excellent job in creating that balance and not being "micromanagy" but rather trusting in the team and provided feed back when necessary. I also enjoyed being the helping hand when it came to helping IU Health members, patients, and families get the supports and resources they needed (booking hotels, dry cleaning, taxi, discounted tickets, etc). ”
