What I liked

During my time at ProCare I enjoyed several things! This included a great team. Don and Guy were more then just bosses but truly cared on our well being and made sure that we had the support we needed in our roles. They did an excellent job in creating that balance and not being "micromanagy" but rather trusting in the team and provided feed back when necessary. I also enjoyed being the helping hand when it came to helping IU Health members, patients, and families get the supports and resources they needed (booking hotels, dry cleaning, taxi, discounted tickets, etc).

What I liked

My time with ProCare Network has been nothing but great. I have been able to grow and learn so many traits and skills that I can take with me moving forward in my career. I was able to work at ProCare during my time in school, which allowed me to have a super flexible schedule. Working on campus was a huge plus as I was able to go to school and work in the same day. ProCare is a great company to work for!

What I liked

This position helped me grow while I completed my undergraduate degree. My time spent with ProCare allowed me to enhance my career and professional development. ProCare helped me balance school and work, always offering me the flexibility I needed to balance both aspects of my life. My employers always showed great understanding and support throughout my educational journey. As a marketing major, I was given the opportunity to apply my course knowledge to real life scenarios. I was provided numerous marketing projects, which allowed me to gain experience while becoming more comfortable in my field of study. I also was able to work on projects in other areas of the business, which allowed me to diversify my skill set and enhance my abilities. I am extremely satisfied with the time I spent with ProCare, and the experience and knowledge I gained from this position will help me more forward in my career development.

What I liked

It was a great beginning professional experience. I gained skills in verbal and written communication, customer service, and administration that I will carry with me throughout my career. Management was wonderful and it was clear that they care about their employees and want us to succeed. Each employee is given a project that they will work on which contributes to the company. The projects give experience and responsibility that is unique to this company and something I have not experienced anywhere else. Another positive was how close it is to IUPUI, going to class before or after work is easy.

What I wish was different

The only downside was that you will not see your coworkers often. You may speak with them on the phone and you do collaborate online, however in person interaction with coworkers is rare in this position.
