I liked the business of the store which let me stay on my feet. I also appreciated the employee discount and their employee appreciation week.

The shifts are a little odd and are always different at Ross. Few people have set schedules.
Advice
Be ready to be busy! You will have many fun moments and many stressful moments. Make sure you are interested in customer service if you want to work at Ross.

I wish store policies could have been different like open dressing rooms for customer, concerning the pandemic.
Advice
I would share that if you are pursuing a job during the pandemic, you'll encounter lots of customers on end. There are new policies put in place like mandatory masks and sanitization but make sure you wash your hands and stay safe.
