I liked all my fellow associates, they created a friendly environment and I made friends while working there.

I wish the management were improved. They would cut hours if they did not like you and not put in sick time you used.

What I liked
I liked that they offered my first ever job, and how nice all my coworkers are. I became friends with my coworkers immediately they welcomed me into there work family on my first day and I felt very comfortable, especially since i'm a very shy person.
What I wish was different
Nothing, everything at Ross is perfect. My coworkers made me feel welcomed as soon as I started working there. I learned to work fast which has helped how fast I get things done now. I used to be very shy and with working there I have found myself become more outgoing and have found myself speaking up more.
Advice
Don't be scared to apply for Ross everyone there is very kind, and welcoming. When doing the interview be yourself and enjoy it, and if you get hired show them what you can do and you'll do good.

If you don’t like standing around or cleaning up after lazy people don’t work here.
