“Uplift Solutions is a reentry program that helps people that have been previously incarcerate get back into the workforce. We are partnered with local ShopRites and Fresh Grocers that offer all of our graduates a 100% guaranteed job after their completion of our 6 week program. With that said, I love people able to work with everyone and hear the stories they have to share. I love receiving their feedback about the life-skills coaching we provide and listening in on what their favorite exercise was. We have spoken to many Parole officers who have said that they can see a change in people that come to our program, and that is what makes interning here so worthwhile. ”
