Irrigation Technician
April 2018 - August 2019 • Kaysville, UT
What I liked
My boss was wonderful! Great at teaching me the skills I needed to perform exceptionally. I loved that work was close to home. It allowed me an easy commute. Another great factor was the flexibility of the job. I did not have to have a set schedule, I was allowed flexible time and only had to meet my hours each week. Lastly, I loved the people and work environment. It's located in a botanical gardens center and the other workers there really wanted to be there. It made a huge difference on my attitude every day.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have had more say on certain things regarding decisions made at the botanical center. I was not a manager though so it was not surprising.

Do not be afraid to get your hands dirty and always work hard. It's a fun place to see the fruit of your labor.
